If you changed your smartphone and can still use your old phone, you can add your new smartphone as an additional linked device by accessing the BANK-now Access app on your old phone via the Device Management function on the login page (below the user ID input field). Follow the instructions in the Device Management function. You will need both devices to activate your new device and must have the BANK-now Access app installed on both smartphones.
If you no longer have access to your old smartphone, you need to call our free service hotline to reset your registration. This will allow you to link your existing user ID to your new smartphone.
