As one of our selected customers, you will receive a link via email inviting you to start the registration process.
Step 1
You will receive a security code via email. Enter and confirm this code in the appropriate field.
Step 2
For additional security, you will need to enter and confirm a second security code sent to you via text message (SMS).
Step 3
Download the BANK-now Access app. You will need this to complete the registration process and log into My BANK-now in the future.

Open the BANK-now Access app and confirm your registration. Your personal access to My BANK-now is now active.
My BANK-now is BANK-now’s digital customer portal, making it easy for you to manage your contracts and requests securely and flexibly online. To make sure you can access the portal in your web browser, you first need to register using your smartphone.
Registration is currently possible by invitation only. If we have selected you to be one of the first customers to experience My BANK-now, you will have received an email from us containing a personal user ID. You can only register for the customer portal and use My BANK-now via this user ID.
We will let you know via email as soon as My BANK-now is rolled out to all of our customers.
